DESCRIPTION

If stainless steel is naturally resistant to corrosion the surface layer has been subject to passivation, which instantly reconstitutes the surface layer using oxygen from air or water, however, these alloys are sensitive to many cleaning agents:

Corrosive detergents or detergents with a strong alkaline pH

Chlorine derivatives, such as found in permanent saline environments, bleach when used as a disinfectant, hydrochloric acid when used as a cement laitance cleaner.

Scouring powders, abrasive pads

Acidity from fingerprints

Many producers and processors of stainless steel, particularly manufacturers of household electrical appliances, recommend the surface of the steel is “lubricated”. This in effect ‘nourishes’ the surface, and protects the steel from aggressive external agents.

FIELDS OF USE

Cleaning substance, gives a shine and leaves a protective film. Lift doors, Luxury hotels, Public buildings, shops, kitchens, communities, refrigerated installations, butcheries, catering, wine making. Pharmaceutical and cosmetics installations.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Shake briefly before use. Spray surfaces to be treated from a distance of 15 to 20 cm. Wipe with a soft, lintless cloth. The wipe again with a clean cloth to achieve a good shine.

BIOCLEAN INOX AL also maintains and lubricates elastomer door seals and tank/vat hatch seals. Spray on, do not wipe.
